Sign-Up to be an Exhibitor, Sponsor or Volunteer
Please complete the below form if you want to have an Exhibitor Table, be a Sponsor or be a Volunteer at our next event.
Exhibitors: Set up time begins 7:30 AM, open by 9 AM. The program runs from 9 AM to 1 PM, with opening remarks at 10:30 AM.
Sponsors: We accept sponsorships of any amount to help support our annual event. Your organization’s name will be prominently displayed on our brochure, presentation, and our website all year. We will also reserve an exhibitor table for your organization.
Volunteers: We welcome and appreciate all volunteers who help us each year. Please fill out the form and we will get get back with you soon.
Suggestions: We are open to suggestions on how you can help us make IMVLD a better event. Please outline your suggestions or ideas in the “Additional Information” box below.
-Free parking with bus shuttle is available from the Indianapolis Zoo parking lot starting at 7:30 AM. The last pickup from the State House will be at 1:45 PM.
