Sign-Up to be an Exhibitor, Sponsor or Volunteer
Please complete the below form if you want to have an Exhibitor Table, be a Sponsor or be a Volunteer at our next event.
This form, when complete will be emailed to the appropriate person in charge of the Exhibitors, Sponsors, or Volunteers for our next Indiana Military & Veterans Legislative Day event.
Exhibitors: Set up time is from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. You must be open by 9:00 AM. The program runs from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with opening remarks at 10:30 AM.
We have free parking at the Indianapolis Zoo, and there will be free bus service to and from the State House starting at 7:30 AM. The last pickup from the State House will be at 1:45 PM.
Sponsors: We accept sponsorships of any amount to help support our annual event. Your Organizations name will be prominently displayed on our Brochure, PowerPoint Presentation, and our website all year. We will also reserve an Exhibitors table for your Organization if you want one.
Volunteers: We appreciate all of the Volunteers that help us each year.
Suggestions: We are open to suggestions on how you can help us make IMVLD a better event. Please outline your suggestions or ideas in the “Additional Information” box below.
